Alexander M. Marti DMD, MD, MS

Few dentists bring the depth of training and experience that Dr. Alexander Marti offers. As both a Medical Doctor (MD) and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), he has built a unique foundation that combines medicine, surgery, and advanced dentistry—allowing him to approach complex dental problems with a broader clinical perspective than most practitioners.

After earning his medical degree, Dr. Marti completed dental school and a Master of Science in Oral Biology. His graduate research in 3D dental imaging received national recognition for its contributions to advancing dental education and technology.

Today, Dr. Marti focuses exclusively on oral surgery, dental implants, full-arch rehabilitation, and advanced prosthetic reconstruction. He has completed thousands of hours of continuing education in oral surgery, wisdom tooth removal, IV sedation, dental implants, sinus augmentation, and full-mouth implant treatment. His mission is simple: to help patients regain function, confidence, and quality of life through exceptional surgical care and lasting restorative solutions.

Outside the office, Dr. Marti enjoys life with his wife, a general dentist in Madison, Indiana, and their two children. Together, they care for a growing family farm filled with chickens, goats, and plenty of activity. When he’s not caring for patients, you’ll likely find him reading, cooking, exploring health and wellness topics, working on the farm, or heading out on a Jeep adventure with his family.

Keri Lock DDS, MAAOP MAAFE

Dr. Keri Lock is dedicated to helping patients achieve better health, greater comfort, and improved quality of life through comprehensive dental care. With advanced training in temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD), chronic facial pain, and sleep-related breathing disorders, she takes a compassionate, patient-centered approach to diagnosing and treating complex conditions that can significantly impact daily life.

Dr. Lock earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. While in dental school, she completed a fellowship with the American Cancer Society, participating in cancer research and prevention initiatives, forensic pathology studies, and oral cancer education programs for school-aged children.

Following graduation, Dr. Lock was selected for the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at the University of Florida, where she further expanded her clinical skills and expertise. She later completed an Orofacial Pain Residency at the University of Kentucky, receiving advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular disorders (TMD), orofacial pain conditions, and obstructive sleep apnea.

In addition to her specialty training, Dr. Lock is certified in both therapeutic and cosmetic applications of Botox® through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE). She incorporates these treatments as part of a comprehensive approach to helping patients manage facial pain, muscle dysfunction, and aesthetic concerns.

Dr. Lock also takes a holistic approach to dentistry, recognizing the important connection between oral health and overall wellness. She emphasizes the value of regular exercise, healthy lifestyle habits, and a diet centered on whole, minimally processed foods as foundational components of long-term health. Her philosophy reflects a commitment to treating the whole person, not just their symptoms, while helping patients achieve lasting improvements in both oral and overall well-being.

Dr. Lock is board certified in Kentucky, Virginia, and Florida and maintains active membership in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and the Louisville Dental Implant Study Club. Her commitment to continuing education ensures that patients receive care grounded in the latest research and clinical advances.

Outside the office, Dr. Lock is the proud mother of four children and the spouse of a retired Army officer. Her family’s military journey has strengthened her appreciation for service, resilience, and community—values she brings to her relationships with patients every day.

Dr. Jack Kall, DMD, FAGD, MIAOMT

Dr. Jack Kall is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a past President of the Kentucky chapter. He is an Accredited Master of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) and since 1996 has served as the Chairman of its’ Board of Directors. He also serves on the Bioregulatory Medical Institute’s (BRMI) Board of Advisors. He is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and American Academy for Oral Systemic Health and has presented to many groups about biological dentistry, toxicities in dentistry, and occupational safety in dental facilities.

Dr. Kall received his doctorate in dental medicine (DMD) degree in 1977 from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. For the next 25 years he served as Dental Director of the Family Health Centers, Inc., a federally qualified community public health center in Louisville, KY. Additionally, he founded Dental Health Center, his private practice focusing on biological, biocompatible dentistry. In 2024, the practice transitioned to Revitalize Dental with the incorporation of surgical services that include not only tooth and wisdom teeth extractions but implant placement and jawbone cavitation treatment.

In 2012 upon invitation of the Philippines’s Secretary of Health he gave the presentation “Mercury-free Dentistry in Public Health” at the national conference: Philippines—Towards mercury-free Dentistry.

In 2013 Dr. Kall co-authored “International Academy of Oral Medicine & Toxicology (IAOMT) Position Paper against dental mercury amalgam fillings for medical and dental practitioners, dental students and patients”.

In 2016 he co-authored a chapter about the health risks of mercury exposure from amalgam fillings in the textbook titled: “Epigenetics, the Environment, and Children’s Health across Lifespans” published in 2016.

In 2017 he co-authored “International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) Position Paper against Fluoride Use in Water, Dental Materials, and Other Products for Dental and Medical Practitioners, Dental and Medical Students, Consumers, and Policy Makers”.

In 2023 he co-authored “International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) Position Paper on Human Jawbone Cavitations”.

Dr. Kall has testified in several FDA and Kentucky Legislative hearings related to mercury fillings and water fluoridation.

Christina Greenhalgh DMD

Dr. Christina Greenhalgh is committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered dental care with an emphasis on wellness and prevention. She believes that a healthy mouth plays an important role in overall well-being and is passionate about helping patients make informed decisions about their dental care. At Revitalize Dental, she enjoys practicing in an environment that shares her commitment to comprehensive, individualized care.

Dr. Greenhalgh is SMART Certified through the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) and is a proud member of the IAOMT. SMART (Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique) Certification signifies advanced training in protocols designed to safely remove mercury amalgam fillings while minimizing mercury exposure for patients, dental professionals, and the environment. She has also completed advanced training in biologic dentistry under Dr. Kall and combines biologic principles with modern dentistry to help patients achieve lasting oral health.

Known for her gentle demeanor and attention to detail, Dr. Greenhalgh takes the time to listen to her patients, answer their questions, and create treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. She is dedicated to fostering a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable throughout every stage of their care.

A Louisville native, Dr. Greenhalgh earned both her undergraduate and dental degrees from the University of Louisville. She is proud to have lived, studied, and practiced in the Louisville area throughout her career and feels fortunate to care for the community she has always called home. She especially enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve lifelong oral health.

Outside the office, Dr. Greenhalgh enjoys spending time with her husband and children, cooking for family and friends, exploring Louisville’s local restaurant scene, and staying active through Pilates.

Dr. Max Crabtree DMD

Dr. Max Crabtree is a proud Kentucky native who grew up in Lawrenceburg. He attended Transylvania University as a William T. Young Scholar, where his passion for healthcare began to take shape. While studying abroad in Tanzania, he was first introduced to dental surgery and witnessed its profound ability to alleviate pain and improve quality of life-an experience that inspired his pursuit of dentistry.

Dr. Crabtree went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. During his studies, he was selected for the Air Force Health Professions Scholarship Program and commissioned as a Captain in the United States Air Force.

Following dental school, Dr. Crabtree completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. There, he further developed his passion for surgical dentistry and earned credentials in IV sedation. He later served at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, Kansas, where he provided comprehensive dental care to both military personnel and members of the local civilian community.

Today, Dr. Crabtree works alongside Dr. Marti with a focus on the surgical aspects of dentistry, helping patients find relief from dental conditions and restore their health, function, and confidence through procedures such as dental implant placement. Committed to lifelong learning, he stays at the forefront of emerging research and advancements in the field, incorporating principles of Oral Medicine and biologic dentistry into his approach to patient care.

Outside the office, Dr. Crabtree enjoys golfing, following thoroughbred racing, and exploring Louisville’s vibrant culinary scene.
